Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

  • We want each of you will be happily enjoyed our product with your purchase, However, we understand that sometime you may need to Return or Exchange the items ordered. Hence, we have a simple 7 days returns / exchange policy from the date of delivery of the products.
  • To be eligible for a Return / Exchange the products must be in the same condition that you must have received in, unused with proper tags and it should have its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
  • You can contact us at customercare@maysixty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you within 48 Business hours. If your Return / Exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange a pick up for the parcel.
  • The parcel when received undergoes quality checks and on satisfactory completion of the process exchange products will be shipped or refunds will be initiated.
  • After refunds was approved, you will receive an email notification from us.
  • You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 - 15 working days. In case you have paid via COD, amount will be credited to bank account specified. Kindly note it takes some lead time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The lead time depends on the bank / credit card companies’ policy once the amount it released from our end.
