Cancellation policy

  • We want each of you will be happily enjoyed our product with your purchase, However, we understand that sometime you may need to cancellation your order when it is in packed/shipped/In-transit status.
  • You can contact us at customercare@maysixty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you within 24 Business hours.
  • Amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made, if you had selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order.
